Intel killer performance suite

Hi, I got a update for intel killer and the install was fine but nothing is working in the app, please my download has gone down from 270+ to 18.5 mbps
And it’s saying there are no adapters connected can you please advise

For me to assist you properly, please share the information below.

 

1. What made you do the update? Are you having any connectivity issues previously?

2. What was the last known driver version?

3. Have you tried rolling back the driver for testing?

4. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?

5. Is this a laptop or desktop system?

6. Kindly share a screenshot of any error message that you are seeing.

 

Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
