I recently purchased a new 15-ch011dx laptop. It has a 9260ngw card. I tried to connect it to my wifi but I got a "cannot connect to network" message. I did some research and updated the drivers. I was able to get the wifi to connect, but it drops every few minutes. In addition, it connects only to the 2.4ghz connection. It will not connect to the 5ghz connection. I followed various troubleshooting steps in the below link, but nothing has helped. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am open to getting another wifi card, but I haven't found a suitable replacement.

You need to demand that HP helps you with this issue. Also, if replacing the card, you must also work with HP on this. You cannot simply replace the card.
