Issues with Hotspot on the AX200 adapter - Hotspot is blank

As the title states the hotspot area is blank instead of the expected information to set up a hotspot. I have included a screen capture of the issue. Any help is appreciated.

Resolved the issue myself, posting solution here for future help for folks. I entered netsh wlan show drivers in a command prompt to check on them and when I did it stated "The Wireless AutoConfig Service (wlansvc) is not running." I checked Services and found the WLAN service and it was off. I enabled it and voila, I can now hotspot. Tested it for a solid thirty minutes now without issue.
