Hallo!
Karte: Intel® Ultimate N WiFi Link 5300 / Model Code: 533AN_MMW
Treiber (von der Intel-Seite) : z.B. für Win7_x32_v13.4
Danke vorab für gute Infos
Ralf

Hi Ralf,
In order to access channels 12 and 13, you must have an adapter that supports these channels. The ability to access the channels is not based on your software version. The Intel® WiFi Link 5300 does support these channels. There is some information at http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/CS-006064.htm http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/CS-006064.htm that should be helpful. Since the adapter uses passive scanning for channels 12 and 13 it may take longer to connect to the wireless router.

Hi Ilenek,
thanks for your answer. Do you know if there exists a driver for the WiFi Card*) supporting Channel 12 and 13? The card would be build in IPCs for the European market.
Is it possible to use one fixed channel only? For example channel 4. How can I do this?

Best Regards
