3- How long it worked? Is your laptop new? Was there any hardware/Windows update?

Hello jmiri
I would recommend following the steps for the error codes that you are having on device manager:
Error code 10:
Code 10 in Device Manager for Bluetooth or Wireless device
Error code 43:
Error codes in Device Manager in Windows
In addition, you can contact Microsoft® support for additional steps to take on the error codes, in case none of these steps solve the issue I would recommend contacting the ASUS* support for warranty/replacement.
We only provide support in English and we use a translation tool for your post.

Cela a fonctionné.
Merci encore.
Cordialement
JPM
