Hello there,
so i am having a problem with my intel(r) wifi 6 ax200 160mHz wireless wifi adapter.
i am convinced that the problem is in the adapter because it doesnt make sense to me other way.
i am having sooo low upload speed - it wasnt like that before - my upload speed is not even 0.5Mbps (download and ping is all good only upload is problem) i am using Ookla speedtest to messure. i downloaded official newest driver and nothing helps. i was messing with advanced properties settings but no change. ofcourse i tried moving the router, moving the adapter (it is wifi card so i mean moving the antene on two wires), removing objects between antene and router. scaning for viruses (malwarebytes) -- nothing. i think something similar has happened to me before but i dont remember how did i fix it. maybe it is just broken driver update who knows. i am having this problem while playing CS2 and ping in this game is very important (it is not quite playable when the game moves you 3 step back from where you moved half a sec ago) i appreciate all your help <3. (sorry for my bad english :'3)

hello,
i'm having the exact same problem.
I’m experiencing issues with the Wi-Fi connection on my ASUS TUF Gaming Z790 WiFi Plus D4 motherboard. While the Wi-Fi is enabled, the connection is extremely limited, whereas the Ethernet connection works perfectly fine.
I’ve checked the router and even tested different models after moving to a new location, but the problem persists. I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled the driver several times and tried previous versions, but none of these attempts have resolved the issue.
I’m convinced the problem lies with the driver, but I haven’t found an effective solution yet. It’s becoming inconvenient to have to set up a 20-meter cable to get a stable connection on a new PC.
I’ve looked through numerous forums and encountered others with similar issues, but none of the suggested solutions have worked for me.
Could you please help? I am ready to provide any additional information as needed.
Best regards,
Matthew Baker

Just to confirm are you guys all running a WiFi 6 connection from your router, while also having the 802.11ax mode on?
I'm still running a 10850k with the ASUS ROG STRIX Z590-A GAMING WIFI motherboard, which runs the AX200 160Mhz card.
After one of the recent updates within the last few months (might have been back in August maybe), I started experiencing the same problems while on WiFi 6; high ping spikes, the up/down speeds being very low, couldn't play any multiplayer games or even watch YouTube. So after endlessly searching forums and nothing, I switched the mode to 802.11ac and the connection was now stable; I could actually use the **bleep** computer again lol. As I write this, I decided to try the AX mode again and it seems to be fine now for me.
