Netis 2120 wifi shows limited access

I have windows 7 ultimate 32 bit

System manufacturer-intel

Model-dg41rq_

While using my pc sometime the screen breaks and i there is no controll i have to restart restart. This happend several times but there were no issue of wifi. Then i had changed my Cmos battery to new and then the problem of limited access arrives and i am unable to use internet . Pls. help!

You should contact Netis regarding support for your adapter.

This has nothing to do with your motherboard, which is not supported.  Regarding W7, it is also not supported and you may want to contact Microsoft.
