I'm having an issue with my Wi-Fi last 2 months. It was fine before that. But now, my Wi-Fi suddenly disconnects when it's under load. First, my Wi-Fi signal bar goes down to 2 ticks and then disconnects, after 5-10 seconds, it reconnects and this keeps happening again and again. I checked lots of pages about this and it seems the problem is about my Wi-Fi card. It's "Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz". My Wi-Fi card driver is up to date. And I saw the error I mentioned above on Event Viewer. Event ID is 6062. Already tried changing "802.11a/b/g Wireless Mode" and "802.11n/ac/ax Wireless Mode" options but they didn't solve the problem as well. Can you help me about this?

Hello tunahan,

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.

For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:

  1. When did you purchase your system?
  2. What is the complete brand and model of your system?
  3. Did you upgrade the wireless controller or this is the original onboard wireless controller?
  4. What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried?
  5. Can you take a screenshot of the device manager of the wireless controller if there is an error message?

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
