Optimal settings for 5GHz band

I'm looking for optimal setting for 5GHz band. I've Intel 5350 wireless adapter and Cisco E4200v2 dual band router.

Thank you for your post, see the link below for best settings, if you use 802.11n in 5Ghz:

Also remember that the 5Ghz spectrum has less Radio interference, but any wall or furniture in between your laptop and router will weaken the signal.
