These modules are sold via the retail channels; there is no 'Intel store' where you can 'directly' purchase them.

Isn't the AX1675 the same as the AX210 as the product brief goes back to the AX210 while it seems the Typhoon Peak page shows the AX1675 as a Pre-Certified WiFi6E and the AX210 as the Certified WiFi6E.

Everything I could find points to the Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E AX1675 (x/w) being the same module as the Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 and the Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E AX1675 (i/s) being the same module as the Wi-Fi 6E AX211. There may be differences in the firmware loaded and/or in the driver/software utilized, however.
