Hello, i have a problem with Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 on my ASRock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac motherboard. If i try to create 5 ghz hotspot, i see an error: "The selected network band isn't available. Select a different band and try again", but 2.4 ghz works.

FlyMystical, Thank you very much for providing that information.
Just to let you know, based on the fact that the Hotspot never worked before, there is the chance that there could be a hardware limitation created by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) that is blocking the option to create the hotspot with the 5GHZ band.
I looked in ASRock's web site and the Wireless driver version available in there is 20.20.3.5, please try a clean installation of that driver and test the computer after that to confirm if now you can create the 5GHz hotspot:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/network-and-i-o/wireless.html
If the problem persists, then try to do a clean installation of the Intel® Generic Wireless driver version 21.90.3:
If the problem persists, please provide the SSU report:
