When I run the installation, it gives an error message. I have repaired and reset the app, but have the same problem. Here is the error message:

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand that you have some inquiries about the Intel® Unison™ app.
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Did the app come Pre-Installed?
2. What is the operating system version and build?
3. What is the unison PC App version?
4. What is the iPhone model+ iOS version or Android phone and Android version, and mobile Unison app version?
5. What is the Computer Brand, model, and Intel Processor?
6. What is the intel Wi-Fi & Bluetooth adapter model used and version?
7. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

Thanks for your response. In this case, the app is only compatible with the 11th through 13th Generation of Intel® Core™ i9, i7, and i5 mobile Processors (laptop processors) with Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics.
Based on the information provided, your system does not meet the minimum requirements and the app may not work properly.

I have the 13th generation i5 processor. Why doesn't that meet the requirements?

Thanks for your response. I would like to let you know that the Intel® Unison™ app is only compatible with laptops, and EVO platforms (the laptop says if it is EVO), and must be preinstalled by the laptop manufacturer.
Based on your configuration, you have an ASUS PRIME Z790-A WIFI and it is not a laptop or an EVO platform based on the Asus website:
