Profiles problem in intel (R) My WiFi technology

Hi

I have a problem with intel (R) My WiFi technology. I'm cannot enable it. I get the error message: "intel (R) My WiFi technology has been configured with a non -supported profile. Instead, the default profile will be used." and than nothing happen. I check in intel (R) My WiFi Utility for the available profile and there none and when I try to create one nothing happen. I don't know what to do... did somebody had the same problem and found a way to solve it? or does somebody have a suggestion?
