Random key failed on Intel 1030 with ASUS N56U (Windows XP SP3)

Hi all,

I had just purchased Intel 1030 to replace my old atheros wireless card for integrated bluetooth. Initially I did not install intel software and use XP own wireless configuration. I notice at random times (from 20 mins to 3 days) the network will seize connection but still connected. I though was some configuration error so I installed the Intel wireless software. The problem still exist, showing key failed and the connection dropped. Interesting part is wait for itself to reconnect does not help on the scenario. The only way to solve this is to retype the same key to the router (WPA2-AES). This did not happen to my atheros card and I did not change any settings in my asus router (N56U).

Any idea what caused this random key fail and how to resolve the issue?
