Tengo una tarjeta inalámbrica AC 9560, compre una AX201 para actualizar al protocolo AX, pero al instalarla la laptop no arranca, según este documento es compatible.

The AX201 module requires a motherboard and processor providing support for CNVIO2. Your motherboard and processor (and the Wireless-AC 9560 module) only support CNVIO. Thus, the AX201 module will not work in our system.

If your goal is to get to Wireless-AX now, your only option is to purchase an AX200 module. The upside is that this is a standard PCIe module and it doesn't require CNVIO (or CNVIO2) support. The downside is that it cannot take advantage of the CNVIO support that is there.
