There is a Wi-fi adapter ac9560, updated drivers to version 21.30.3.2. Now after turning off Wi-Fi it is difficult to turn it on, you have to wait about a minute. Everything was fine on the parsimonious version. Is it an adapter breakdown or driver?
P.S Rolled back to the previous version, everything works fine

Did you updated both drivers for this card? The Bluetooth: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29004/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10?product=9944... and the WiFi https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29003/Windows-10-Wi-Fi-Drivers-for-Intel-Wireless-Adapters...
If not, first install the Bluetooth driver.
I would try also clean installation - first uninstalling both drivers in Networks Adapters category of Device Manager (check the Delete option). Then disconnecting the internet and reboot your computer. Install the new drivers and reconnect the internet.
