Unable to connect smartphone through Intel MyWiFi

Hello,

I have a laptop running Windows 7 Prof. and I am trying to connect a T-Mobile myTouch 4G smartphone to the network through the Intel MyWiFi Utility. The laptop is hooked up to a wired network. Each time, the phone connects, but is never able to obtain an IP address. I have gone through the Troubleshooting Guide and both enabled and disabled the DHCP and DNS servers, but in both cases the phone does not receive an IP address. I have verified the network key and allowed the device to connect.

Any help would be appreciated.
