I downloaded the killer performance suite from "https://www.intel.cn/content/www/cn/zh/download/19779/intel-killer-performance-suite.html". At the end of the installation, I was asked to install killer control center. After I clicked OK, a web page of Microsoft Store popped up. After I clicked download, the Microsoft Store began to download, and the result was "Code: 0x803FB005 "error. How do I install killer control center, which seems to be the only way to install.
The above is my translation software translation, if there is any problem, please understand.

Hi yangton,
Thank you for posting in our community. I’m here to help you effectively. To assist you better, could you please provide answers to the following questions?
- Is this the first time you are encountering this issue, or has it happened before?
- Can you provide an SSU log report so I can have an overview of the system specifications and configurations?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
- Have there been any software or hardware changes made to the system?
- Have you tried to reinstall the software?
Providing this information will help me isolate the issue and determine the root cause of the problem.
Thank you for your cooperation. I look forward to your response.

I downloaded killer control center installation package from "store.rg-adguard.net" , when installing the wrong (see figure 3), I found KillerNetworkComponent.inf with notepad opened it (see figure 4), Found that the driver version required by the installation department is 3.1624.1204.0, and my computer installed 3.1624.1204.1. I tried to change 3.1624.1204.0 to 3.1624.1204.1(this may be a little rough), but still can not install.

Hi Randy T. ,
1. I just got this card yesterday and this is the first time I've had this problem.
2. See the attachment. I can't find the 1690i card in SSU, but I can find it in Device Manager.
3. I tried restarting the computer, resetting the Microsoft Store, uninstalling and reinstalling the NIC Driver, and using Intel Driver & Support Assistant, but nothing worked. I've heard people say it's not the Microsoft Store, it's that I didn't install the driver properly.
4. I just got the 1690i network card yesterday and installed it on my computer. I tried to uninstall the NIC driver and reinstall it.
5. I couldn't install it, so I didn't reinstall it.
Thank you for you help and look forward to your response.

Hi @yangton ,
It appears you've successfully resolved the issue with the Intel Killer Software through reinstallation, which is great to hear! However, I understand you have another concern regarding the installation of new components and their drivers. To help me check the compatibility and isolate the issue, I'll review the SSU report you shared. Could you also please provide answers to the following questions?
- Are you trying to upgrade to a new hardware component?
- Could you please let me know what the previous component or network adapter on this system was?
Please note, Installation or use of Intel® Wireless Adapters is subject to country-specific legal regulations. Some countries require the Intel® Wireless Adapters to be certified with the antenna that is intended to be used together in the system, while some countries require the Intel® Wireless Adapter to be certified at the full system level. An Intel® Wireless Adapter installed in a system that is being sold on the market doesn't necessarily mean that same wireless adapter can be used or installed in any other systems

Yes, the previous network adapter was AX201. Both network adapters use the CNVIo2 protocol.

Hi @yangton ,
Your laptop may not recognize new hardware when you install an Intel® Wireless Adapter for several reasons. Original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) may limit the computer to only specific wireless adapters, causing an installation error when booting with a different, previously installed wireless adapter. Have you tried to contact system manufacturer about this?
I recommend contacting the manufacturer, vendor, or place of purchase about availability and support for Intel Wireless Adapter upgrades. Laptop manufacturers must meet regulatory requirements to determine if you can install the Intel Wireless Adapter in your system.
Best,
