Unexpected Text file in my Windows home dir after updating BlueTooth Wireless driver

Hello, after updating 2 components (Skype and Intel Wireless Bluetooth driver) I noticed a text file that was placed in my home dir on my Windows 10 install.

The file is called 'BullseyeCoverageError.txt' and contains the information

2023-03-05 08:17:00 BullseyeCoverage 8.25.21 error 15: Cannot find C:\WINDOWS\Temp\86a6e38bd1b86a8226ad326547d58b97fc4e9e/test.cov, errno=2 "The system cannot find the file specified. ". COVFILE is not set. Program=c:/Users/gjayap/HaraHaraMahDev/ibt_core-win-hsw/ibt_win_src/06-host_sw/win/bin/setupres/Release/Win32/setupenu.dll

The only two components installed/updated on that date are Skype and Intel's driver, and some very cursory Googling about what 'ibt_core-win-hsw' might mean, Intel seemed to come up more often than not.

The update was for v 22.200.0.2

It's not a huge deal but wanted to report this incase this was something that you were not aware of as it seems (again from googling and lack of programming knowledge) that this is some oversight at build time.

Has this been addressed yet?   I have been using intel assistant with new pc and just found this bullseye error

I downloaded the ssu intel tool and got detailed report ready...  I tried to connect to intel via the ssu submit to intel tool and got connection error......
