Hello,
Some websites, for example twitch.tv, are only able to stream at low qualities without buffering. Also when downloading files the connection usually fails and it is unable to fully download. I have tried using my phone and it is not a problem there, meaning the problem is most likely the WiFi adapter. I have also tried using another browser to make sure it wasn't an extension.
I've attached my system info below

Hello Mosphar,
Thank you for posting on the Intel
To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- Update the graphics driver to manufacturer version 34.23.386 on Dell support, for guidance, you can contact them.
- I see you have the latest Intel driver installed already, but to check if the behavior changes, perform a clean installation of the graphics driver to version 22.230.0.8, following the article How to Perform a Clean Installation to Solve Most Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite Issues.
- If the issue persists, update the BIOS to the latest version. For installation steps, you can contact Dell.

Hello Mosphar,
Thank you for your time.
I have been working on the investigation, please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- Does the issue happen wired connected?
- I aware that you have tested different drivers and you have done a clean installation a couple of times, but just to make sure if the behavior changes with the computer manufacturer driver, can you test the behavior after doing a clean installation by following the steps below and using the OEM driver 22.200.2.1
- Does it happen only on streaming websites? Please provide the list of websites.
Regards,
Andres P.

Hello Mosphar, Since we have not heard back from you, we are closing the case, but if you have any additional questions, please post them on a new thread so we can further assist you with this matter.
Still, we do recommend to install the driver provided by Dell and also to update the BIOS to the latest version.
Regards,
