Hey @Ukfun ,
Looking at your SSU output, here's what I can see:
| Detail | Info |
|---|---|
| Adapter | Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz |
| Current Driver Version | 24.60.0.3 |
| Driver Date | 11/06/2026 |
| Latest Available Version | 24.70.0 |
| System | ERAZER 16 X1 |
What's Happening?
Recommended Steps to Fix This:
- Visit the ERAZER support website and search for your model ERAZER 16 X1 (SKU: ML-210015)
- Look for the latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth driver updates
- Download and install them, then restart when prompted
- Uninstall the current driver:
- Open Device Manager → Expand Network Adapters
- Right-click Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz → Uninstall device
- Check "Delete the driver software for this device"
- Restart your PC
- Download the latest 24.70.0 driver package directly from: Intel® Wireless Wi-Fi Drivers for Windows® 10 and 11
- Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions
- Restart your PC when prompted.
- Close the Intel DSA completely
- Right-click the Intel DSA shortcut → Run as Administrator
- Try installing the updates again

So the Intel customer support technicians can have more information about your system, download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.
