Is your laptop managed by your company?

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

No, it is not.

I just saved the report, but I'm having problems attaching it, drag and drop and attaching it manually doesn't work, it keeps saying file not found. Thanks for the quick response

What browser are you using?

What antivirus do you have installed?

What OS are you running?

I would ask avast about the message you are getting.

Firefox and Windows 10 should have no trouble with drag and drop to post the SSU results.

I even tried opening the saved txt file, keeps popping an error message that file isn't found. Is there any other way?

You may have other issues, such as a virus.

I would take the PC to a repair shop, or wipe it clean and do a fresh install.

The behaviour you are describing indicates to me you have a virus.
