WE3000 Bluetooth driver not working

so i have the Cudy AX5400 Model WE3000 V2.0 and it says i needed to install bluetooth drivers for the bluetooth to work, and so i did bt now it still wont work.

The Bluetooth portion of the adapter is accessed (by Windows) over USB. In the package for the AX5400 adapter, there should have been a USB cable, one that you connect to an internal USB header on the motherboard. Do you have this cable installed properly?
