Thank you for reaching out to Intel Customer Support. To help us isolate and diagnose the issue you’re experiencing with your Wi-Fi, I need to gather some additional information. Could you please provide answers to the following questions:
- Is this a new computer? If so, have you checked with your system manufacturer for validated drivers or support on known issues related to the symptoms experienced?
- What WIFI adapter model do you have? Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me?
- What OS version are you using?
- Any error message you see or observed in the Device manager or system tray/Wi-Fi icon?
- Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
- Have you checked the antenna if properly seated and there are no obstructions on the area that might cause interference?
- How did you perform the Wi-Fi driver update and where did you get those drivers you used?
