I am using MS Windows 11 pro Insider preview(22H2) with Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz(driver version:22.80.1.1/22.150.0.3). My wifi 6E router is a developing product with Qualcomm chipset WCN6856.
1.If my Router is configured with 6E PSC(Preferred Scanning Channel),AX210 can found & Joined my router successfully.
2.If my Router is configured with 6E Non-PSC,AX210 can not found my router,WIN11 unable to find my 6E SSID. At this time, i use a Ubuntu 22.04 with the AX210,ubuntu can found & joined my router successfully.
I want to know if Non-PSC can work in AX210? Is there any configure to enable Non-PSC or need new intel driver?
Thanks.

Hello StanHSU,
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
To have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
- Did this configuration use to work before?
- Why are you trying to set it in a Non-PSC?
- Have you tried using an official Windows 11 version (non-Insider)?
- Provide me with your router model.
- How many affected systems do you have?
Also, it is always recommended to install our latest drivers, since they have the latest features and fixes for our products. My recommendation is to install the 22.160.0 version. You should know that there are two different types of drivers, generics provided by Intel and Equipment Manufacturer drivers, that are customized to work with each specific system. Installing this Intel generic graphics driver will overwrite any customized driver from your Computer Manufacturer (OEM). Intel’s generic graphics drivers are intended for testing:

Hello StanHSU,
I noticed that you were contacted privately by a colleague. However, we will continue with the support using this channel.
After doing some research, I discovered that it is expected that APs in 6GHz will be using PSC channels. I would like to confirm why are you using Non-PSC channels. what is the goal? What are the channels you are using exactly?
On the other hand, you should know that there are scenarios where the Wi-Fi 6E APs are configured to a non-PSC channel, it may take client devices a really long time to discover the Wi-Fi networks from such APs.
Please, test it in a non-insider version and let us know the result and the Non- PSC channels you are trying to use.
Best regards,
Jean O.

Hi Jean,
in Non-PSC we try on Channel1,9,13,17 and more
because we was under modification with our device with AX210 so would do this test on a difference system.
but should make sure AX210 was fine with HW but we didn't know it was the driver issue or setting on WIN11 so need your support.
also will try on official win11 not insider version.
then response to you out test result
Thanks

Hello StanHSU,
Thanks for the information provided.
I will wait for you to test a Non-Insider Operating System to confirm the results. In the meantime, I want to request the following information:
- How many devices have the issue?
- What do you mean by saying that you modify the AX210 device? What kind of modifications have you made?
- Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
Best regards,
Jean O.

Hello StanHSU,
I appreciate the information provided.
I understand that you are having issues with this integration and that you have tried several troubleshooting steps. In this case, it is worth mentioning that when integration is made. It is important to check for compatibility with the motherboard manufacturer, as there could be certain cards that will not work with the system. In this case, the recommendation is to check with them for assistance with the integration; however, we will try our best to assist you with this issue.
I will still wait for your response to confirm if the issue persists when using a Non-Insider version of the Operating System. Please let me know if you face any problems.
Best regards,
Jean O.
