Hello @Albert_R_Intel ,
From Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX101 Product Specifications:
https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/203014/intel-wifi-6-ax101.html
It's said Linux is Supported. however there is no way to get the driver in the following two links:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005511/wireless.html
https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/en/users/drivers/iwlwifi
I got "Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX101" preinstalled in a Mini PC.
I installed "Fedora Linux 37 (Workstation Edition)", the "Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX101" failed to work.
Attached "fedora SSU.txt", "lspci.txt", "inxi.txt".
Regards,
A AX101 User

As soon as I get any updates, I will post all the details on this thread.

Hello AX101, I just received an update on this matter.
After reviewing the case, it is important to mention that AX101 driver/firmware is available in the newer (and stable) kernels (e.g. kernel 6.1 or 6.2) to obtain the latest firmware version 72.

Hello AX101, I just received an update on this matter.
After reviewing the case, it is important to mention that the Intel® AX101 card is a newer wireless product. Based on that, what we suggest for this scenario, will be to install the latest AX101 firmware from backport-iwlwifi.

I am having the very same issue with a Debian based system. Did you ever find a driver for the "mini" pc. I feel I purchased the same device as you.
thanks,
