Hi all!
I use Windows 10, 64 bits in my laptop. Yet suddently I lost the wifi connection, and there are not any wifi possible conexion (following picture).
I've looked on internet many possible solutions, but they don't work.
As you can see in the next picture, it looks that I don't have a wifi driver.
I use a MateBook 13 I5 8GB+256GB (WRT-W19), and according to:
La red Wi-Fi se conecta y desconecta repetidamente | HUAWEI Soporte México
I need an Intel AC8265 or Intel(R) Wireless-AC 8265 driver.
So I downloaded the Windows® 10 Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters (WiFi-22.80.1-Driver64-Win10-Win11) from:
Windows® 10 Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters
and I executed it as an administrator in my computer and I installed it, but it still doesn't work!
I also have tried with the driver MateBook_13_WLAN, supposed recomended by Huawei, according to:
Descargue y actualice el controlador gratuito | Soporte HUAWEI México
but again, it doesn't work.
Believe me, I've spend many hours looking for an answer on the internet, restarting the computer after done any possible solution, but nothing have worked yet.
I don't know what else could I do, I need my computer for work.
Please help!
