You need to install both the latest Intel Bluetooth and the latest Intel WiFi driver packages. They are available here:

Please I've tried everything from shutting my laptop down forcefully to completely resetting it, and I still have the same problem. Both my Bluetooth and wifi drivers say they have latest updates, but my Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz yet cannot start with an error code 10 after at least a day of working fine. Please if you could help me in any way, I'd be very grateful because I need my laptop for my exams beginning next week
