WiFi Hotspot: "No Internet" only skype works

I've been trying to bring up the WiFi Hotspot on my Dell xps 17with My wifi dashboard 15.03 but get "no internet" reports from the connecting device. Only Skype works , no browsing. The same thing creating hotspot manualy( network and sharing center)

System info :

Windows 7 home SP1.

My wifi dashboard 15.03

Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 1030

Drivers 15.4.1.1

Wifi manual diagnostic

Association test -failed - not associated.

Hello maironis,

It seems to be something is blocking your connection. You may want to make sure your firewall or security software is not interfering. Other recommendations are available here:
