Andi

Hello AndMaster,
According to our translation, we understand you are having issue pairing up a headset and/or is having issue streaming audio, correct? If that is so, we recommend that you contat the headset and/or speaker manufacturer to check what Bluetooth* profiles they support. Additionally, you can also check this link for further assistance: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/dn133844(v=vs.85).aspx Bluetooth FAQ (Windows Drivers)
You can also access the Bluetooth* help assistant so you can check what profiles are supported by your Intel® Wireless Adapter. Below is how you do it or you can access this link: http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/CS-034938.htm Intel® Wi-Fi Products — How to Access the Intel User Guide for Bluetooth® Technology
- In the task tray, click the Bluetooth* icon
- Click Open Settings
- Click the Audio tab
- Click Audio Settings link at the bottom of the screen
- View the Intel® User Guide for Bluetooth® Wireless Technology
We also recommend that you contact your computer manufacturer and check if there is any available updates if this adapter is the one installed by factory. Additionally, as a second option, you can also try the drivers found in our https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Intel® Download Center and the drivers must be the ones made to your adapter. Unfortunatelly we could not locate anywhere in your post what Intel® adapter you have.

Hello aleki_intel
Sorry i probably should have posted in english.
The problem I have:
I want to use my Laptop as a Bluetooth headset for my Android mobile phone, so I can stream audio from my phone to my stereo without having the phone plugged in.
To do so I tried out a little at first, but then I opened the Help window(wich is shown on the right in the screenshot). It says, I have to open the "Services" window by klicking on the device and there should be a label calld "play music" but there isn't (as shown in the left side of the screenshot).
Is there a way to get this working?
By the way: The other way round is working, i can play music from the PC via the phone speakers

AndMaster
Unfortunatelly the Bluetooth* technology embedded in our adpaters does not allow to use your computer as the headset for your phone. It can work as an audio gateway but not as headset..
Please check this document online for further assistance: http://www.intel.com/support/wireless/wlan/sb/CS-034935.htm Intel® Wi-Fi Products — Supported Features of Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth® Technology
