Wifi 6E 211 broken ?

Hi so I have an msi cyborg laptop and today apparently the Wi-Fi function doesn't work anymore I guess. Last night everything was "fine" but today didn't connect to the wifi, I tried to do a clean install of the newest driver but the same error that tells me that I can't connect. Now the wifi function never " worked properly ", random disconnect and such but now doesn't work at all. Distance between laptop and network router is 2m with no walls or interference, the wifi works fine on phones and TV and I'am in a area where internet speed is at least ok. I guess either my laptop just suddenly broke or is just a driver problem... ?

Hello ROBIBJN,

Thank you for bringing this issue to the attention of the community. Based on the details you've shared, it seems like there might be a driver-related problem. To assist you with the latest wireless drivers, could you please provide a screenshot of your wireless drivers from the Device Manager? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could share the full model number of your MSI Cyborg laptop.

To verify your wireless drivers in Device Manager, follow these steps:

Access Device Manager:

    • Right-click on the Start menu (Windows icon) and select Device Manager.

Locate Network Adapters:

    • Click the drop-down arrow next to Network adapters to expand the list.

Select Wireless Adapter:

    • Right-click on your wireless adapter and choose Properties.

View Driver Details:

    • Click on the Driver tab to view the driver details.

Provide a Screenshot:

    • Capture a screenshot of the driver details for further assistance or documentation.
