Hello Alexandre,
We understand that your PC is not showing any available networks after a recent Windows* update, however, you are able to connect if you add the network manually. Here are some items for your consideration:
- The list of available networks is handled by the Operating System (Windows), the adapter itself is probably working well since you are able to connect by adding the network.
- From the adapter side, we advise you to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26782/Wireless-Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-and-Drivers-for-Windows-10- Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows® 10* [19.60.0], also apply the https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking/000005544.html Recommended Settings for 802.11n Connectivity.
- If the issue persists after that, it would suggest a problem in the configuration of Windows (Network configuration, Antivirus, Firewall, WLAN Autoconfig service, etc.), at this point we would advise you to check with Microsoft* or the https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/OEMs.html Computer Manufacturer Support. Here is a document from Microsoft* that you can use as reference:
