Even though the drivers install successfully, in the network settings in control panel does not detect any network adapters.

Sorry that my English is not good.
My wireless card is Wireless-N 7260, it worked fine with 18.12.0 drivers, but when I install the 18.12.1 drivers, it's somehow mistaking my 7260 as the model 7265, where in device manager it changed from Wireless-N 7260 to Wireless-N 7265, wrong drivers for the wrong card, that is why my network adapter is missing in control panel and the system cannot detect the device but still in device manager it says the device is running.
Now my computer have no way to connect to the internet without ethernet.

I am using Windows 10 64bit on HP 840 G2 laptop.
The last driver 18.30.0 included in 19.1.0.4 HP package give many Windows panic.
Using the 18.12.0 drivers all problems are solved in the last 3 weeks.
It is not very easy find this drive version but I can share with you.
