I am having problems installing Windows 10 and Windows® 11* Wi-Fi drivers for Intel® wireless adapters, I get a message when I want to do it that says "unable to download unexpectedly"

- Is the error message you encountered from Intel Driver and Support Assistant?
- Why would you want to update your wireless driver?
- Did you experience any issues with regards to your wireless connection?
- If yes, could you kindly specify your if it’s within your Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection?
- What are the steps you’ve taken to troubleshoot the issue?
- Please provide the SSU logs of your device so we could check your system thoroughly. You can follow the steps indicated on this article, How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*.
