Tried numerous times but will not install Bluetooth for windows 10 and 11

Any help appreciated.

You should download and install the Bluetooth driver published in the OEM site.

You will find there two drivers: one from Intel and the other Atheros.  Use the one that is applicable to your WiFi adapter.
