Wireless hardware is not bound to transport driver

Hello..I'm using ASUS K55VM notebook. When I ran the Manual Diagnostic tool under Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software 15.5.2.0 and ran the Hardware Test, it failed with an error, saying that "Wireless hardware is not bound to transport driver".

What am I supposed to do now ?

Hello Rajat,

Such message is usually related to a hardware issue.

There is the possibility of a non validated integration if the adapter was purchased separately, or the adapter itself is damaged. In either case we suggest contacting the system manufacturer for further assistance regarding the integration of the adapter. If you obtained the adapter as aftermarket you may contact the seller in regards of warranty.
