I understand that you are having issues installing the updates from Intel Driver & Support Assistant. To better understand that issue, kindly help provide the details below:
1) Is the wireless connectivity on your system device working fine (no error and able to connect to a wireless network)?
2) May I request that you share your system configuration by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software? This will help me with further checking on the actual network adapter you have and other details pertaining to it, so I can provide an appropriate fix. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save (.txt)
Note:
Intel provides generic versions of software and drivers.
- Your computer manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes.
- If you have an OEM device, contact Computer Manufacturer Support Websites for best driver compatibility with your system.
