Subscribing to this post because I'm having the exact same issue. I'm using Intel DSA. It tells me that I don't have the access to read the folder, even though the installation setup asked me for administrator privileges

I am also getting this error with the Windows 11 installer which is trying to install in the C:\Program Files(x86)\Intel folder. There is no Bluetooth subfolder (there are other subfolders for other apps/drivers). This is a new error with this release.
Update: They have pulled the non-DSA version (latest is now 23.10.0), probably to fix the installer. However, DSA is still showing 23.20.0. If you click on the down arrow in DSA and then the "Learn more" link, you will be taken to the 23.10.0 driver. The 23.10.0 driver worked for me.

Hello mark1165,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA).
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
2. Provide the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) logs:
3. Can you share a picture of the error you mentioned?
4. Is the issue present if you try to install the drivers manually?
5. What is the browser you are using as well as its version?
Regards,
Deivid A.

This answer looks like an "Intel" robot...
The installer is simply bugged...
Have to wait for a newer non-bugged installer.

Driver package installer is bugged. They remove the driver from their site.
Wait for a new one.

You can also download 23.20.0.3 from asus forums without the bugged installer. Been using it for a month.

Stop with the conspiracy theories! Intel does not use bots of any kind in its support activities.

Actually, now that I think about it, Intel should add a bot that deletes stupid posts like this.
