Hi
I bought an intel ax210 wifi/Bluetooth card and installed it in my laptop (a older one, about 4-5 years old)
I'm trying to get Low energy audio (LE Audio) to work, but I can't get the function visible in windows, where I can choose to use LE Audio
I have installed the newest Bluetooth driver and Intel for le audio (I can´t remeber the name)
My card is a:
Intel Model AX210NGW
T PN G86c00080410
MRS 5w10v25784
Am I doing something wrong or does the card not support le audio?
I hope there is someone there who can help

Hello Pauvre,
Thank you for posting in the communities!
Upon checking, Intel® Wireless and Bluetooth® Adapters support the most available codecs. However, the operating system (OS) uses those codecs natively on respective peripherals, not the adapter. Therefore, if there is an issue or having more inquiries about "codec support" we recommend contacting Contact - Microsoft Support.
Just want to clarify, is AX210 the default WIFI card that comes with the laptop?
If no, what is the previous WIFI card of the laptop?
Best regards,
Earl E.

Hello Pauvre,
Thank you for your response.
Since this is not the original WIFI card that comes with the laptop, its best to try and contact your laptop manufacturer regarding for the compatibility of this WIFI card.
Please take note of our: "Regulatory Information Regarding Wireless Hardware Installation or Upgrade."
If you need further assistance, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Welcome to the suck.
No one wants to take any responsibility for this and they keep pointing fingers at each other.
