Recently i purchased an AX3000 WE3000 wifi/network card and I just installed it into my PC a couple days ago and couldn't get it to work until tonight I figured out that I had to download the drivers online... So I did, and now I downloaded them and installed them and everything and I still cannot get my computer to connect to a wireless connection. I even tried taking the actual card out of my PC and moving it to a different PCIe slot.... please help...

Hello gabewok

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.

We need more information from your system, to provide a possible solution:

  • Which Intel wireless card does this device use?
  • What is the model of the motherboard?
  • Which drivers did you test?
  • Which operating system do you use?
  • Do you only get Wifi issues, Bluetooth, or both?
  • Is this a laptop or desktop system?
  • Is this a new computer?
  • Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
