cant access visdom Server in devcloud

I was trying to access visdom server hosted from intel devcloud.

u25875@s001-n103:~$ python -m visdom.server

Checking for scripts.

It's Alive!

INFO:root:Application Started

You can navigate to http://s001-n103.aidevcloud:8097

It does give a success message but I cannot access it when i got to the link.
