as they have different MM# , what is the " R" means?

are they the same parts?

Feature-wise these seem to be the same adapter. However, at support level we have limited information in regards to end of life (EOL) wireless adapter ordering codes, as these parts are no longer manufactured nor distributed by us.

 

 

Our main recommendation will be to engage your point of purchase and/or your http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/OEMs.html computer manufacturer to check which part numbers have been validated for your particular system.
