my windows is connected and isn't connected in the same time what do i mean u may ask
what i mean is there's some applications on my laptop doesn't connect to the internet like (windows store) or the news even (OneDrive) all of them keep telling me that i'm not connected to the internet but in fact i'm connected to the internet i can play games i can browser the web and many other things so any way i didn't know what is the problem i tried to search for my problem but nothing is working
i said in myself its ok i can live with that but then after few months the problem went bigger my internet connection started to lag some webpages doesn't load correctly or completely some doesn't work at all
i tried to figure what is happening and then i found that my wifi which is (Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 2230) isn't updated even though i have updated every thing he keep saying that my date version is (2013/6/25) number of version (15,10,0,12) and not only my wifi but my bluetooth too it tells me that the date version is (2006/6/21) number of version (6,3,9600,17826) i mean like for real? i tried to uninstall it but it comes back with the same version nothing happens like i didn't even update it.
well i think that is my problem if you agree with me tell me the solution if not well then please tell me what is my problem and the solution .

Hello apdo,
We are sorry to learn that. Is your computer a laptop and your Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 2230 the original card that came installed in your computer when you bought it? If so, our first recommendation is for you to contact your computer manufacturer to see if they have any driver updates for your wireless and Bluetooth card. Once you have done that, the next step is to see if your firewall and antivirus configuration is impacting your connection as sometimes, depending on the kind of configuration done my cause this kind of problems. If it is necessary to temporarily uninstall the antivirus to test your connection, please do so.
Also, check if your router has the latest firmware and if not, please try to update it. Here are some links with information that might help you resolve your issue.

i can't believe myself omg man thank you thank you every thing is working perfectly ^_^
the problem wasn't my antivirus it was a registry problem i'll tell what i have did to solve the problem:
1-updated my wifi and bluetooth from my manufacturer company (DELL) and other drivers and my BIOS ( i don't think the updates are important)
2- opened services.msc and set the network location awareness to automatic (delayed start) and start it
3- opened the regedit (register editor) and navigated to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList
4- deleted the profile content and signatures content
5-restarted my laptop
6- followed this replay from http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_vista-networking/network-and-sharing-center-shows-not-connected-but/4b8313b4-2548-4b5c-9d2d-25ee0d155844?auth=1 Network and Sharing Center shows not connected, but computer is - Microsoft Community :
Confirmed changing registry permissions resolved my issue.
Short version, go to regedit, navigate to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList
Change permissions on NetworkList, (click advanced, add Local Service and Network Service with full control, check the box to propagate permissions to all child objects).
Reboot and boom fixed.
7- and it worked ^_^
