intel ax211 ngw not detected

Bonjour,

 

j'ai un laptop sous WIN11 il ne détécte pas la carte wifi malgrès mise à jour des drivers et du téléchargement de BT-22.250.0-64UWD-Win10-Win11.

Quand j'échange avec une autre carte wifi autre je n'ai pas de soucis.

 

Nom de l'appareil LAPTOP-80QIQM0V
Processeur AMD Athlon Silver 3050U with Radeon Graphics 2.30 GHz
Mémoire RAM installée 12,0 Go (9,88 Go utilisable)
Type du système Système d’exploitation 64 bits, processeur x64

We understand you are installing a new wireless adapter to your system.

 

Please answer the following:

 

·      Was it working before?

·      Have you contacted the system manufacturer in order to verify compatibility?

 

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

Intel AX211 runs with Intel 600 series chipset. Try Intel AX210 since you have a AMD chipset.

 

Intel AX211 fonctionne avec le chipset Intel série 600. Essayez Intel AX210 puisque vous disposez d’un chipset AMD.
