Hello, I would like to know what is the Intel(R) proset software version that you are using to give you a suggestion on this specific case

You may improve the connectivity of your 802.11n connection if your router supports it. The following articles provide valuable information on this matter:

What are the recommended settings for 802.11n connectivity?

How do I improve my 802.11n wireless performance?

Data rate will not exceed 54 Mbps when WEP or TKIP encryption is configured

Possible interference by other wireless devices may impact 802.11n performance

You may also try rolling back to the previous driver version.

In case the issue persists we suggest you to contact the computer manufacturer for further assistance.

Joe,

I am planning to buy three laptops all of which have the Centrino wireless-n 2230. Since the people who will be using these laptops will be using the laptop's WIFI capabiliies, the last thing I want are connectivity issues. It appears I may have to reconsider my laptop purchase to avoid this issue.
