intel dual band wireless-ac 3168 wifi slow speed

hello, good afternoon, I have a problem like my internet speed, 2 months ago it was normal, I was downloading at a speed of up to 6mb, currently it does not even reach 3mb, I have searched for a solution and tried solutions, and nothing, and I wanted to see if the guys from Intel could help me with my problem,

I have a motherboard that came integrated, the wifi and bluetoh plate, both are updated, the motherboard model is, a320m a/c

router model huawei EG8141A5

For comparison purposes, please power off, wait a minute and then power on your PC again. When the wireless reconnects, immediately display and take a screenshot of the properties scene (as you did previously).

Are you purposely attaching to the 2.4GHz band? If so, have you tried forcing connection to the 5GHz band?

You connect to the 5GHz SSID. For example, for your FIBRAMAX-YANEZ SSID, there may be a corresponding FIBRAMAX-YANEZ-5GHZ (or something similar) SSID for the 5GHz band. By clicking on the Internet Access icon in the Windows System Tray, you should see a list of the SSIDs being detected. Look there for what you might attach to.
