Unless you want to look at 3rd-party cards, only one Intel Wireless card, the Wireless-AC 7265, is available in the same form factor as the Wireless-N 2230. All other Intel solutions in this form factor have been discontinued.
If you are willing to look at 3rd-party cards, I found one card, the MPE-AX3000H, that provides the AX200's WiFi 6 and Wireless-AX support in the old form factor. I purchased one of these and it seems to work as well as the Intel AX200 cards.
