Hello BasheerAbbas,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz.
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?
2. Is the Bluetooth working?
3. Can you provide more details about the issue?
4. Do you see any errors in the device manager?
5. Was the adapter working before? When did the issue start?
Regards,
Deivid A.

Welcome
The device was working, but every day when I turn on the device, the wifi drivers disappears , and the drivers remove from device manager ,
I delete the current driver daily and reinstall the drivers from the Asus site and repeat the process every day.

Hello BasheerAbbas,
Thanks for the information provided. To continue further, try the following:
1. Perform a clean install of the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Intel drivers:
- Wi-Fi: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19351/windows-10-and-windows-11-wi-fi-drivers-for-intel-wireless-adapters.html
- Bluetooth: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18649/intel-wireless-bluetooth-for-windows-10-and-windows-11.html
- Steps: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173.html
2. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?
3. Run all the Windows updates, including the optional ones.

Hello BasheerAbbas,
Thanks for the confirmation. I would like to investigate this issue, I will need an updated report from the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU):
Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

In the attachment you find the report.
Note: The frequency of the screen changes automatically from 120Hz to 60Hz with the disappearance of the converter.

Hello BasheerAbbas,
Thanks for your patience. Based on all the troubleshooting performed so far, my recommendation would be to check with Asus for further recommendations since this may be related to a hardware issue.
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.

Deivid A.
