mywifi dashboard downloading as lite

My Wifi utility stopped working and I upgraded to mywifi dashboard 15.6. It downloaded as the lite version and does not switch on the wi-fi direct nor the hot spot. I have Intel centrino N-1000 with driver version 15.11.07 on Windows 7 SP1 64 bit. Any ideas?

The software provided by Intel is a generic version and each OEM may have altered the features, incorporated customizations or made other changes to the software or software packaging they provide.
