slow wifi speeds with intel AX210 on Linux

I have a Dell Precision 7560 with an Intel i7 11th Gen processor and an AX210 Wi-Fi card. When I was using Windows, my internet speed was consistently around 200 Mbps. However, after installing Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and updating to the 6.16.11 version of the Linux kernel, my speed has dropped significantly to 6 or 7 Mbps.

I've tried numerous suggestions I found online, including:

- Disabling powersave mode

- Disabling IPv6 etc. 

None of these solutions has worked, and I'm feeling completely helpless. Interestingly, my other Old Dell Latitude laptop achieves speeds that are twice as fast as my AX210 with the same Ubuntu version. 

If anyone has faced a similar problem and has a solid solution, please reply or provide assistance. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!s.

1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?

2. Is this issue happening at home, office environment or both?

3. Have you checked if this issue happens on different networks?

4. Are you connecting to 2.4GHz or 5GHz band?
